Abu Dhabi Hosts the International Emirates Conference on Addiction |
Under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, minister of presidency affairs, the capital Abu Dhabi hosts the "International Emirates Conference on Addiction" from 10 - 12 March, 2007.
The conference, being organized by the National Rehabilitation Center with the participation of 300 experts representing 17 countries, aims at stimulating and mobilizing all the segment of society to confront the problem of addiction, support the convalescents, encourage common research on the regional level, and participate in alleviating social embarrassment concerning addiction. |
